Topic: “The Efficacy of EFCT and Behavioral Couple Therapy: A Meta-Analysis”
Tonight’s presenter, Dr. Dehghan, enlightened our community with a thoughtful discussion on EFT and behavioral approaches on couple therapy. She talked about the foundations of these two approaches and emphasized that each of the two have their own particular features and methods to enhance conjugal relationships. She then presented a Meta-Analysis of the efficacy of aforementioned approaches and tried to explain the results, drawing very important conclusions. The presentation was followed by a Q & A session and ended with a very constructive discussion.
