In this session, Dr. Sandy Jardine spoke about the importance of attunement and presence in one’s personal and professional life. She emphatically presented presence as a very important contributor in improvement of communications and the quality of one’s relationships. She then spoke about her personal experiences in this regard and share her views on how to develop one’s capacity for presence and finally, the participants got to share their views and comments about their experience of this session and raised related questions.
