Topic: IREFT Gathering for the Yalda
Yalda marked a wonderful nightly gathering for IREFT members. This event celebrated a new beginning for communication and dissemination of knowledge and experience and, obviously, joy for everyone in the community.
IREFT members gathered together with bursting energy and passion to commemorate this marvelous Iranian custom and its tales. Hosting voice actors and mesmerized by the magic of Iranian traditional music, we made a memorable night at IREFT. It is noteworthy to say that the wide variety of topics discussed and collective games played as well as the amity between members was a hallmark of this event. A video recording of the festive shall remain in our minds for a long time. We were all grateful for this opportunity that allowed to develop deeper connections. Our active presence and participation helped with taking the community’s mission further. Our engagement with this event testified that integrity and compassion is a key to any community’s success. We hope that this gathering would prove a turning point in the development of attunement in IREFT and enhance the communication level between members.
