He then discussed the BLC (Building a Lasting Connection) package as an educational and experiential method that draws in the use of connection mat in working with couples. This package comes with instructions, techniques and exercises that couples can go through in order to improve their bonding experience. He then talked about the map of lasting connection that includes getting to know each other, emotional bonding, trust, commitment and last but not least, intimacy.
