But there is a model designed to help therapists regulate their own feelings and get in touch with their vulnerabilities, enabling themselves to respond to their clients in more effective ways. The structured model of enhancing therapists&#8217; relations with themselves helps any given therapist understand how to make use of their own experience of the moment.
